The Phoenix Suns have agreed to a deal with free agent guard Langston Galloway, according to HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto.

The 28-year-old spent his last three seasons with the Detroit Pistons. Galloway last season averaged 10.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.

General manager James Jones has added yet another shooter, as Galloway has a career 36.7% mark from three-point range, this past year posting 39.9% on 5.0 attempts a night.

Galloway joins free agent signing E’Twaun Moore as a veteran addition to the second unit’s backcourt alongside Cameron Payne and Jevon Carter. Like Moore, Galloway is more of a combo guard than someone who will initiate the offense, a strong indicator that head coach Monty Williams will utilize more Point Book lineups featuring Devin Booker as the lead guard.

The Suns have had a productive offseason, trading for All-NBA guard Chris Paul, signing forward Jae Crowder and re-signing Dario Saric and Carter.
