Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul added another accolade to his Hall of Fame resume in Saturday night’s win over the Memphis Grizzlies.

The All-Star PG passed Oscar Robertson for the 6th-most assists in NBA history.

Paul came into Saturday night’s contest needing just three assists to pass Robertson and got his third dime of the night via a Mikal Bridges 3-pointer.

Dish No. 3 on the night brought the PG to 9,888 assists for his career.

Suns guard Devin Booker made sure to pay his respects by grabbing the game ball for his teammate.

“It’s kinda hard to put it into words, being a fan of the game for so long and being a fan of his for so long — now getting to grace the court with him is unbelievable,” Booker said.

“It means everything, for real,” he added on giving Paul the ball. “Just being a part of history, man — that’s Chris Paul right there. I say it every day. I call him by his first and last name because that’s how I grew up saying it.”

Paul now finds himself among some pretty exclusive company, especially at the point guard position.

He joins John Stockton and former Phoenix Sun Jason Kidd as the only three players in NBA history to be in the top seven all-time in both assists and steals.

The five players ahead of Paul on the all-time leaderboard are Stockton (15,806), Kidd (12,091), former Phoenix Sun Steve Nash (10,335), Mark Jackson (10,334) and Magic Johnson (10,141).

The Suns went on to rout the Grizzlies, 128-97.
