The Phoenix Suns came out hot in the first quarter of Game 5 of the NBA Finals vs. the Milwaukee Bucks as the Suns outscored Milwaukee 37-21.

However, the Bucks scored 43 points in the second quarter and never looked back as they took Game 5 on Saturday, 123-119.

Phoenix brought the game within one point with 56 seconds left in the fourth quarter as Chris Paul scored a layup to make it 120-119.

Suns guard Devin Booker had back-to-back stellar performances for Phoenix as he ended the night with 40 points, four rebounds and three assists in 42 minutes.

Paul contributed by recording a double-double and finished Game 5 with 21 points, 11 assists and shot 9-for-15 from the field.

Milwaukee had four players finish in double figures as they shot 57.5% from the field.

Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo lead all Milwaukee scorers with 32 points, and added nine rebounds and six assists.

Milwaukee shooting guard Pat Connaughton came off the bench and scored 14 points and went 4-for-6 from beyond the arc.

The Bucks now lead the NBA Finals 3-2 as the series shifts to Milwaukee for a crucial Game 6.

The Suns will look to bounce back on Tuesday in Milwaukee and send the Finals back Phoenix for a Game 7.
