Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins came in and out of Thursday night’s 24-21 loss to the Green Bay Packers after a hamstring injury kept him out for over a quarter of play.

Hopkins was questionable coming into Thursday night’s contest after not practicing all week due to that hamstring injury.

The wideout played on the team’s opening two offensive series before standing on the sideline without a helmet for the third.

Hopkins was seen limping after the Cardinals scored the opening touchdown of the contest in the first quarter.

The Arizona WR contributed on the scoring drive with a 55-yard reception, his lone catch on the night before coming out of the game.

The reception would have a 61-yard touchdown, but Hopkins was called for a facemask while stiff-arming his defender on his way to the end zone.

Upon returning in the third quarter, Hopkins caught an 11-yard pass from Cardinals QB Kyler Murray en route to a scoring drive capped off by a two-yard rushing score by RB James Conner.

However, the Cardinals’ opening drive of the fourth quarter did not feature the All-Pro wideout.
