It would appear that Devin Booker aficionado Kendall Jenner, who happens to be his significant other, felt like other Phoenix Suns fans upon seeing the first returns of NBA All-Star fan votes that rolled out Thursday.

Voting for Booker wasn’t terrible. He was fifth amongst Western Conference guards, though it was notable he was on the heels of Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson. For those not paying attention to the hoop, Thompson hasn’t played this season as he rehabs from knee and Achilles injuries suffered the past two years.

Well, Booker (338,526 votes) might be jumping Thompson (367,743) in short order.

Jenner, who is an entrepreneur, model and reality TV star, has 31.5 million followers on Twitter, and she fired off this tweet of support on Friday morning.

The post surpassed 1,000 retweets — not counting quote-tweets — within 15 minutes of real time. Retweets for her properly hash-tagged message count as fan votes for Booker to make a move in the final count.

And if you don’t think this was a calculated move, consider this: Friday marked one of five days on the calendar when fan votes count twice, according to NBA.com.

Here are the rules about voting on Twitter straight from the NBA’s website:

All Twitter votes will be accepted under the following rules and regulations:

1.To vote for the NBA All-Star Ballot via Twitter, voters must Tweet with #NBAAllStar and include the hashtag of the first and last name of the player that they want to see play in the All-Star game

2. Voters can submit a maximum of 10 valid votes per Twitter handle per day. Each of the 10 votes per day must be for a different player in the NBA

3. Tweets must include the NBA All Star Ballot hashtag – #NBAAllStar- to be counted as valid votes

4. Each Tweet must only include a vote for 1 player

5. Retweets will count as valid votes

6. Voting window is from December 25, 2021 (11:00:00 AM ET) – January 22, 2022 (midnight ET)

7. Valid votes would need to include a player’s first and last name eg. LeBron James or LeBronJames
