The Golden State Warriors’ injury report on Wednesday morning heading into their hosting of the NBA-best Phoenix Suns lists only Stephen Curry (foot) and James Wiseman (knee) as out.

It’s a significant milestone even without the team’s best player and the No. 2 NBA Draft pick from a year ago available.

Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala, three core players of the current Warriors dynasty, will be available unless anything changes throughout Wednesday. It’s the first time they will be on the court together since the 2019 NBA Finals.

The Suns have gone 1-2 against the Warriors this year. Thompson and Iguodala have not appeared for Golden State against Phoenix in those matchups.

Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. on 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station.

For Phoenix, Cam Johnson (quad contusion) remains listed as doubtful, while center JaVale McGee remains out (non-COVID illness).

“Just trying to move and just gain some comfort with movement, that’s really the goal today,” Johnson said of his recovery on Tuesday. “Cardio and comfort with movement and just trying to find a little bit of flow with that, taking some contact and that sort of thing.

“Just trying to clear out that swelling. It’s really hard to do stuff before that gets cleared out so it’s been a gradual process and probably still ongoing. In the meantime, trying to maintain and build strength.”

Johnson hasn’t played since a March 4 game against the New York Knicks, when he scored a career-high 38 points.

His quad swelled up after the game despite his efforts to limit it, he said Tuesday.

As for the Warriors, Thompson and Green were kept out of a Monday game against the Memphis Grizzlies while on rest management in the second game of a back-to-back set. Thompson is still being brought along carefully after his past two seasons were spoiled by ACL and Achilles injuries, while Green has dealt with a back issue in the second half of the 2021-22 season.

Forward Otto Porter Jr. was also held out to rest Monday but is off the injury report ahead of the game against Phoenix.

Iguodala did not play the front half of that back-to-back Sunday against the Washington Wizards because of back tightness. He returned Monday for the first time in 21 games.

The Warriors’ trio joining a revamped group that as a whole sits in third place in the Western Conference is significant as Golden State prepares to make a playoff run. Curry’s foot injury is expected to be resolved well enough for him to return sometime around the end of the regular season.
