That's not even the most egregious error in the article.
This sentence is: "It is the first of a nine game road trip for the D-backs." Three sentences later, it says "Arizona won the first contest of the series 1-0 in 11 innings on Friday."
Arizona Sports needs to upgrade the chatbot that writes this (crap).
There is a difference between a game being postponed (not played on the date scheduled and rescheduled to another date) and a game being delayed (intending to play on the scheduled date but at a later time). The Pirates notification clearly says game delayed. Apparently whoever is working today for Arizona Sports doesn't know that there is a definite difference. Sorry for being picky, but this has been a very quiet Saturday.
The thing is with this site is the articles are meh at best, but post boards are great! In some cases there's much better writing and analysis than the articles. AI is ruining the creativity of writing. It's typically so bland compared to human generated stuff.
Save the humans!
