The “Friends & Family” colorway is the more unique of the two new designs Booker is releasing through a McDonald’s x Nike collaboration.
McDonald’s was giving away 50 pairs of the new kicks through public sweepstakes in their app, where fans had a chance to win if they purchased one of McDonald’s new specialty drinks. That promotion ended on Thursday. On Friday, Booker posted up at the iconic Sedona McDonald’s, and that’s when he surprised the lucky fan.
The “Friends & Family” colorway is an all-teal-blue makeup and will not be sold in retail, making Booker’s surprise for a lucky fan in the Sedona McDonald’s drive-thru that much more special.

The other colorway of Booker’s new collection is “Sanddrift and Teal Nebula,” which will hit retail on Tuesday for $155.
This design will have a sanddrift (sandy-white color) shoe with a teal Nike Swoosh and McDonald’s “M” on the side of the heel. It also has “Book” written in teal with the Swoosh on the top of the tongue on the right shoe, and the McDonald’s “M” will be in teal on the left shoe.
Then, inside the shoes, the two emblems will be swapped and written in yellow on a teal background with McDonald’s slogans written underneath in white.
This collaboration with McDonald’s is especially significant for Booker, who was a McDonald’s All-American prior to his NBA career.
