Arizona Cardinals offensive lineman Chase Bisontis left Thursday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders with a left knee injury.

Head coach Mike LaFleur told reporters postgame that the rookie is undergoing testing, but it’s “not good.”

During the first drive of the second half, Bisontis went down and was seen in visible pain.

He was helped off the field by two trainers before being taken to the blue medical tent. The 2026 second-rounder was eventually carted off and ruled out for the rest of the game.

In a matchup that had a lot of highs early on, especially from Jeremiyah Love and the starting offense, seeing Bisontis go down put a damper on things.

After an impressive Hall of Fame game showing against the Panthers, Bisontis was picking up steam in the battle for the starting right guard spot.

Given the optics of how Bisontis went down, how he exited and the quickness of him being ruled out, it’s a tough sight for the franchise.

With Bisontis’ health status murky at best, Isaiah Adams remains the leader in the clubhouse at the right guard spot.

Unbelievable.
Or, maybe not.
After all, it is the Cardinal way.
Hoping it is just a hyperextended knee.

It would not be the preseason in Arizona without highly touted rookies being lost for the year. That makes two now.
