Arizona Cardinals offensive lineman Isaiah Adams has been activated from the injured reserve, the team announced.
Adams was initially placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury after Week 4’s game against the New York Giants, and returned to practice earlier this week. He was listed as questionable to play against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, but his activation is a good sign that he could be good to go.
The addition of Adams could be crucial for a Cardinals O-line struggling with the injury bug, as starting left tackle Jayden Williams — who previously filled in for the injured Paris Johnson Jr. — was ruled out against the Seahawks.
Josh Fryar is expected to fill in at left tackle, meaning Adams could slide back into a starting guard spot with right guard Jon Gaines II also out for Sunday’s contest. In 2026, Adams ranks 55th out of 75 guards, according to PFF.
The Cardinals also elevated tight end Shawn Bowman and running back Jerome Ford to the active roster from the practice squad.
