Frank Caliendo reads Kevin Durant letter as Morgan Freeman

Not long after Kevin Durant announced his signing with the Golden State Warriors, actor Morgan Freeman read the star’s heartfelt letter, “My Next Chapter,” aloud.

Actually, comedian Frank Caliendo read the letter from The Player’s Tribune while impersonating Freeman. Still, Durant’s dramatic announcement was made even more so by the deep, soothing voice.

After nine seasons with the Seattle SuperSonics-Oklahoma City Thunder franchise, Durant will join Steph Curry and the Warriors. According to the 27-year-old All-Star, that move will “encourage his evolution as a man.”

Freeman couldn’t have said it better himself.
