Eric Matsumoto is an intern at Arizona Sports and a senior at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Eric was born and raised in San Jose, California and had a passion for sports his whole life. Since coming to Arizona, Eric has produced content for Sports360AZ and the Society for American Baseball Research. In addition, he has worked on live productions for ESPN+ and MiLB.com. Outside of sports and news, Eric is an active member of Scouting America as an adult leader and merit badge counselor
