Football player Herbert commits to college in ‘Walking Dead’-style video

Kai-Leon Herbert was one of the top recruits for the 2017 recruiting class, an offensive tackle who stands in at 6-foot-5 and 277 pounds.

A consensus four-star player, he had offers from the likes of Florida, LSU, Aubern, Michigan, Miami, Ole Miss and Wisconsin, with coaches and fan bases from each of their schools hopeful he would choose them.

On Wednesday, the Plantation, Fla. product from American Heritage High School made his decision, announcing his choice in a video posted to his Twitter account.

That, in itself, is not too strange. However, Herbert decided to reveal his choice in a Walking Dead-style short, complete with him fighting off zombies who represented many of the schools he was considering.
