Arizona Cardinals center Hjalte Froholdt has plenty of ways to train ahead of an NFL season, whether it be lifting Atlas Stones or slamming protein drinks.
This offseason, however, he added another avenue in the getting-after-it department.
Alongside fellow Cardinal Evan Brown and other NFL offensive lineman, the Desert Viking stepped into the octagon at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas.
His challenger? Former UFC champion Sean Strickland.
