Arizona Diamondbacks prospect Kayson Cunningham is part of the National League Futures Game roster.
The 2025 first-round pick (No. 18 overall) is the only player in the D-backs farm system to earn a spot and is the 73rd-ranked prospect by MLB Pipeline.

Cunningham appeared in 43 games for the Single-A Visalia Rawhide to start 2026 before getting called up to the High-A Hillsboro Hops in June.
In 16 games for the Hops, the 20-year-old shortstop born in Tucson is slashing .226/.286/.339 with a .624 OPS. He’s registered 14 hits (one home run), nine RBIs, four stolen bases and six walks to 14 strikeouts.
With Visalia, Cunningham hit .381 with a .977 OPS.
