The Phoenix Suns have ruled center Mark Williams and guard Jordan Goodwin out for Game 2 of their playoff series against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday.

Grayson Allen (left hamstring strain), who was available for Game 1 on Sunday but did not play, is available. Allen previously played one minute in the Suns’ play-in game against the Golden State Warriors on Friday.

Williams (left foot third metatarsal stress reaction) has had a questionable designation in the previous three games and has missed the last two games. He missed 15 straight games in March with a stress reaction on that same left foot.

In 60 games played, Williams is averaging 11.7 points (64.4% shooting), 8 rebounds and an assist per game this season.

Goodwin’s injury designation comes after he left in the second quarter of Game 1 on Sunday with left calf soreness and did not return. He scored two points in five minutes played, dealing with early foul trouble matched up against Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. In 70 games, Goodwin is averaging 8.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game this season.

Catch Game 2 of Suns-Thunder at 6:30 p.m. MST on 98.7, the Arizona Sports app or ArizonaSports.com.

Suns looked much better tonight and the ball was moving. Still had too many turnovers but they looked much improved and have some things they can still build and improve upon...which is what this is about.

Jordan Ott used the exact same rotations as game one. Zero adjustments. Zero tweaks. Still think this clown is COY?
