Randy Bennett is bringing back ASU’s summer youth basketball camp in July

New head coach Randy Bennett and Arizona State men’s basketball will host a summer youth camp for grades K-8 in July for the first time since 2019.

The 2026 Randy Bennett Basketball Camp will run July 27-31 and campers can choose to participate in morning sessions (9 a.m.-noon), afternoon sessions (1-4 p.m.) or both (9 a.m.-4 p.m.).

Bennett’s youth camp will take place at the Sun Devil Fitness Complex in Tempe, and check-in will begin 30 minutes prior to the camper’s session start time.

The camp is open to any gender, and the age is based on one’s grade entering Fall 2026.

Youth will be split into groups based on grade and experience level, and the camp will focus on developing skills, mastering fundamentals and fostering a growth environment where campers learn to work as a team, have a great attitude and have fun.

As Bennett gets ready for the youth camp, the Sun Devils’ new coach has been scouting high school talent at Section 7 at the Arizona Athletic Grounds this month.

Section 7 is one of the nation’s premier high school events for showcasing basketball talent for the collegiate level.
