Kenny Dillingham gifts CFB analyst David Pollack with ASU helmet

Arizona State football head coach Kenny Dillingham helped analyst David Pollack get ready for the new college football season, gifting him a Sun Devil football helmet to mount in the background of his podcast set.

The helmet is fully decked out with the Sparky logo and has a 42 sticker in honor of Pat Tillman.

Pollack posted the unboxing on his X account.

Why was Pollack sent an ASU helmet?

Pollack sent a request out to various coaches throughout the nation to help him decorate the set background for his podcast, “See Ball Get Ball.”

He started the podcast last September and is looking to go strong throughout the full season this year with a new and improved background.

The college football season opened on Saturday in Dublin, Ireland with a Big 12 matchup between Iowa State and Kansas State.

ASU was referred to frequently as the defending Big 12 champs.

Iowa State won the game 24-21 and the Cyclones face ASU later in the year on Nov. 1.

The Sun Devils do not face Kansas State this season.
