The Arizona Cardinals claimed 6-foot-7 offensive lineman Albert Reese IV off waivers from the Carolina Panthers on Wednesday, adding depth to a banged up unit up front.
Reese went undrafted out of Mississippi State last spring but made the Panthers’ 53-man roster out of training camp. He had yet to debut for the Panthers before they waived him this week.
He played in the Hall of Fame Game against the Cardinals during the preseason.
Reese started games at both tackle spots and right guard as a senior for the Bulldogs in 2025, as he brings some flexibility to Arizona.
The Cardinals have left tackle Paris Johnson Jr. and guards Isaiah Adams and Chase Bisontis on injured reserve, with Johnson and Bisontis out for the rest of the season.
Reese is the ninth offensive lineman on Arizona’s 53-man roster after the Cardinals signed tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. earlier this month.
