Cardinals activate OT Paris Johnson Jr. from PUP list
Paris Johnson Jr. was among four players who opened training camp Thursday on the PUP list.

The Arizona Cardinals announced Saturday that offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr. has been activated off the physically unable to perform (PUP) list.
Johnson was among four players who opened training camp Thursday on the PUP list. The others were outside linebacker Josh Sweat, cornerback Garrett Williams and tight end Tip Reiman.
Head coach Mike LaFleur said Thursday he didn’t think Johnson’s stint on the PUP list would be a long one and that it was just “maintenance stuff.”

Johnson has played 43 games over his first three NFL seasons, appearing in nearly all offensive snaps in the games he’s out there.
Johnson is set to begin his fourth season in Arizona as he seeks a contract extension. The Cardinals picked up the fifth-year option on his contract in the offseason, keeping him in Arizona through the 2027 season.

I cannot wait to watch Paris Johnson Jr this year he’s going to dominate. He led all tackles in Pro Bowl votes last season and is ascending really coming into his own just entering his prime. With AZ signing elite top 5 pro bowl LG Issac Seaumalo playing next to him, I think Johnson Jr is going to be be one of the top 5-7 graded OTs in the NFL and puts together an elite all pro/pro bowl caliber season especially Joe that he has a pocket qb who he always knows where he will be unlike Kyler u never knew and it made it much harder to pass protect for him. They’ll be dominate running the ball as well off of both sides, on the right side Bisontis is a beast n is extremely athletic while Wilkerson is an elite Zone run blocker posting an 86.5 zone run blk grade last season and big Tip Reiman who’s nasty in the run game is also back n can help off that right side if need be.this OL n elite top 5 run game will be very fun to watch they’re going to wear DLs down by the third quarter with AZs ability to rotate fresh backs in and out and they’re all big powerful explosive backs . 6”1-214 Jeremiyah Love is speed/explosivness n power but 5”10-220 Tyler Allgeier n 6”2-225lb James Connor are explosive pure power runners looking to run u over
