The Arizona Cardinals' special teams have been elite despite an underwhelming start to the season.

The Arizona Cardinals haven’t figured it out on offense or defense yet, three games into the season with a 1-2 record.
Their offense ranks 18th in points per game, and their defense ranks 24th in points allowed per game.
However, the special teams unit is thriving so far. PFF has the Cardinals ranked fifth in the league on special teams.
“Our kickoff team is playing really well; we play fast and physical,” Cardinals wide receiver Simi Fehoko said on Wolf & Luke Friday. “I feel like we have to be top five in the NFL right now.”
Fehoko has been a big part of the group. He recorded his first blocked punt in his career in the Cardinals’ Week 1 win against the Los Angeles Chargers. For his efforts, he was named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week.
Looking ahead to the New York Giants in Week 4, Fehoko and the Cardinals’ special teams look to maintain the elite play, with hopes that the rest of the squad follows suit.
