The Arizona Cardinals will help kick off the NFL’s preseason in Thursday’s Hall of Fame Game against the Carolina Panthers in Canton, Ohio.
Ceremoniously the first time each season NFL teams are back in action against each other, the Cardinals’ participation centers around franchise legend Larry Fitzgerald’s induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
While third overall pick Jeremiyah Love will not see action for Arizona, third-round rookie quarterback Carson Beck will get the start under center.
Former first-round pick Kenny Pickett will get the start for Carolina, as the Panthers’ starting QB, Bryce Young, will not see action.

Carson needs to be 60%+ on throws and at least a 2-1 td/int ratio. If he does that he will have quite a bit of momentum.
