Arizona Cardinals rookie running back Jeremiyah Love is officially active for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
It was expected that Love would be good to go after participating all week at practice, albeit in a limited fashion.
Love was the only Arizona player with an injury designation heading into the game, with Isaiah Adams, Dadrion “Rabbit” Taylor-Demerson and Garrett Williams already ruled out.
Love and veteran Tyler Allgeier are expected to lead Arizona’s backfield, with Bam Knight another option.
The healthy inactives for the Cardinals are defensive lineman Andrew Billings and rookie wide receiver Reggie Virgil.
For the Chargers, RJ Mickens, Deane Leonard, Logan Taylor, Alex Harkey and Trevor Penning are inactive.
