Cardinals signed their own Thanos, infinity gauntlet and all, this free agency
It's not hard to find comparisons between Cardinals DT Dalvin Tomlinson and Marvel's Thanos, especially when they rock the same gear.

It’s not hard to draw a few comparisons between Marvel’s Thanos and new Arizona Cardinals defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson.
First of all, both are objectively huge. Secondly, they have no problem imposing their will on those in the way — like a good-guy quarterback or running back — of the ultimate goal.
But while he doesn’t want to erase half of all life in the universe, he does want to turn the offensive linemen, quarterback, running back and whoever else is in front of him into dust.
Good thing he has his own variation of the infinity gauntlet.

“Shoutout to my boy Za’Darius Smith, he got (the chain) for me as a Christmas gift actually,” the big man said Friday. “My sack celebration is the infinity gauntlet snap. They’ve been calling me Thanos since I got in the league.”
He doesn’t leave anything up for chance on the field, either.

“I draw the Infinity Stones on my gloves, so it makes it celebration that much better. You feel me?” Tomlinson added.

He has had the pleasure of making 19 “snaps” since entering the league in 2017.
Unfortunately, new teammate and quarterback Clayton Tune has been on the other end of those drive-erasing moments. In Tune’s second NFL appearance on Nov. 5, 2023, Tomlinson got home for 2.5 sacks on the then-rookie signal caller.

Thanos on the field, Ironman off of it?
While Tomlinson aims to be a wrecker on the field, he’s much more laid back off of it.
In fact, the way he builds PCs, one might compare that variant of him to Tony Stark.
“I’m a huge video gamer. I’ve built three custom gaming PCs now,” the lineman said. “I want to build a new one now because they got the 50 series GPU coming out. That’s my nerd side coming out. I’m sorry. I’m a huge video gamer.”

And BJ Ojulari and Dante Stills……. Dalvin is a proven collapse the pocket nose tackle that blows up running plays and is so difficult to deal with. Josh sweat is a proven guy on the edge that can wreck havoc to an offense. I think Josh sweat had 75 quarterback pressures last year, which is an outstanding statistic and 23 qb hits…..
The quarterback rating when a quarterback is in the pocket is so much higher than when you move him off the pocket and he has to scramble and watch out for oncoming lineman as he tries to look down field.
There’s a dramatic difference when you can move the quarterback off his spot and now we’ve added two guys that will collapse the middle and the outside at the same time. Pairing these two guys with a Darius Robinson that will have a full off-season gym training and training camp plus bodes extremely well going forward for this. Fire 🔥 in the hole……..for sure.
They should draft Ken Grant in the first to learn under this guy. Similair type players.
What I like about what Cardinals are doing on the line is we now keep the ones who have shown promise and brought in your competition and may the best player win. So I like that they didn't sign just 1 person and not have a plan B or C. They look like they have plan B,C and D. I still would like to see Grant the DT from Michigan with your 1st Pick, if not him the the Best OT on the board and put him on RT.
