Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride will reportedly be one of the players in the 99 Club in Madden 27.
McBride will be joined by Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase and Los Angeles Rams defensive end Myles Garrett and quarterback Matthew Stafford.
With Garrett now on the Rams, four of the six players included in the 99 Club are from the NFC West division.
The 99 Club is a select group of players rated 99 overall in the Madden video game that’s released each season. In 2024, there were six players rated 99 fallowed by five in 2025 and seven in 2026.
McBride had a historic 2025 season, breaking the NFL single-season record for receptions by a tight end. He also recorded his second straight 1,000-yard season and led all tight ends in receptions (126), receiving yards (1,239) and touchdowns (11).
The Cardinals’ star ranked second among all pass catchers in receptions (behind the Rams’ Puka Nacua), fifth in receiving yards and tied for second in touchdowns (behind the Rams’ Davante Adams).
With a new coaching staff, changing offense and new additions, it may be difficult for McBride to replicate his 2025 numbers. But if there was one thing Cardinals’ fans learned last season, it was McBride will always provide.
