Coyotes defenseman loses stick between opponent’s skates

Every now and then something happens in the sports world that makes you wonder how it could have possibly happened.

One of those things occurred Thursday night when the Arizona Coyotes hosted the Minnesota Wild when Arizona’s Connor Murphy somehow stuck his hockey stick in between both of Jason Zucker’s skates.

It probably goes without saying how difficult it must be to move around with a stick in between the skates, which is what makes this scenario so funny.
