Phoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker couldn’t make everyone happy after his 70-point performance against the Boston Celtics.

One of those people that appears to not be pleased with Booker’s night is Boston forward Jae Crowder.

Crowder — username bossmann99 — took to the NBA’s Instagram to let the Suns know they shouldn’t be celebrating after they lost. Booker — username dbook — was quick to fire back.

The Celtics used rookie wing Jaylen Brown and guard Marcus Smart on Booker for a majority of the night.

The fans in Boston were cheering for Booker in the closing moments of the game and that has been known to make Crowder angry in the past.

Tyson Chandler said it best.

As for Booker, the 20-year-old has built up quite the reputation for trash talk.

Chicago Bulls All-Star forward Jimmy Butler was caught off-guard when he had some interactions with Booker in his rookie year.

Of course, Booker’s most famous line to an NBA player to date came after a loss to the Memphis Grizzlies.

A shoving match broke out involving Grizzlies guard Troy Daniels and Booker.

“It’s just basketball, man,” Booker said after the game. “Talk trash sometimes. I don’t know why he’d be talking to me — been on five teams in three years and he has the nerve to talk trash to me, but it is what it is.”

According to Arizona Sports’ John Gambadoro, Daniels was not impressed by what Booker had done in the NBA to that point.

After Friday night, Daniels might want to double-check Booker’s resume.
