Vinny and Skinny: Cardinals edge out Colts, Cowboys up next

Sep 20, 2017, 9:57 AM

Every week, “Vinny and Skinny” will break down the Arizona Cardinals’ previous game and look ahead at their upcoming matchup.

After a 16-13 overtime win against the Indianapolis Colts, the Cardinals are sitting at 1-1.

“People weren’t impressed, people are panicking about this team,” Vince Marotta said. “But I will say bottom line, you go anywhere in the NFL with five starters out on offense and you come away with a win, you did something right.”

Next up is the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night. Dallas took a beating in Week 2, losing 42-17 to the Denver Broncos.

“Prescott threw the ball 50 times, he did not do that last year,” Mike Jurecki said. “If (the Cardinals) can get to Prescott and get him off his spot, maybe he’ll make some mistakes.”
