Arizona Sports 2018 NBA Draft Tracker: Suns make history at No. 1

The wait is finally over for the Phoenix Suns, as they made history Thursday night picking No. 1 overall in the 2018 NBA Draft for the first time ever.

Speculation as to what general manager Ryan McDonough would do with the pick swirled since the NBA Draft Lottery in May, but we now know who the Chosen Sun is.

With the first overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Phoenix Suns selected former Arizona center Deandre Ayton.
