The Arizona Coyotes have signed forwards Michael Carcone and Hudson Fasching to a pair of two-way contracts, the team announced on Thursday.
Carcone receives a two-year, two-way contract, while Fasching was signed to a one-year, two-way contract.
Fasching skated in five games for the Coyotes last season.
The 26-year-old has one goal and two assists for three points in 27 career games, most of which came during three seasons with the Buffalo Sabres. He was a fourth-round draft pick (118th overall) of the Los Angeles Kings in 2013.
Carcone, 25, has yet to skate at the NHL level, but scored 15 goals and picked up 10 assists for 25 points for the Coyotes’ AHL affiliate Tucson Roadrunners last season.
He originally signed a 3-year, entry-level contract with the Vancouver Canucks in 2016.
The terms of both contracts were not disclosed, as per team policy.
Arizona has been busy over the past two days, as the team added Carter Hutton, Ryan Dzingel, Liam Kirk and Liam O’Brien on Wednesday as well as trading goalie Darcy Kuemper to the Colorado Avalanche for a 2022 first-round pick, a 2024 conditional third-round pick and defenseman Conor Timmins.
