Sean Murphy-Bunting, Evan Brown active for Cardinals-Panthers
Dec 22, 2024, 9:38 AM
Arizona Cardinals cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting and guard Evan Brown are officially active for their team’s Week 16 matchup against the Carolina Panthers.
Murphy-Bunting, who along with Brown entered the matchup as questionable, was a limited participant throughout the week of practice with a hand injury.
Brown was a surprise addition to the injury report on Friday due to a neck injury that kept him out of practice.
He wasn’t the only starting offensive lineman whose status was up in the air, either.
Center Hjalte Froholdt was a late add to the injury report early Sunday morning with an illness. Despite the quick turnaround, he’s also active for Sunday’s tilt.
Running back DeeJay Dallas and Roy Lopez are also good to go.
Who’s out for Cardinals-Panthers?
Sidelined for Sunday’s game for Arizona include running back Trey Benson (ankle), offensive lineman Paris Johnson Jr. (knee), cornerback Elijah Jones (ankle), kicker Matt Prater (left knee) and linebacker Mack Wilson Sr. (concussion).
Pass rusher Jesse Luketa was also placed on injured reserve with a thigh issue ahead of the Week 16 tilt.
Additionally, safety Jammie Robinson, offensive lineman Christian Jones, tight end Travis Vokolek and wide receiver Xavier Weaver are also out.
