The Phoenix Suns waived preseason camp members Terrico White and Kyle Casey on Thursday, effectively cutting the roster to 15 players.
White, a 25-year-old guard who played collegiately at Ole Miss, saw eight minutes of court time through Phoenix’s first three preseason games, and that was just enough to provide the Suns with one highlight block in last week’s win against the Utah Jazz.

Casey, a small forward out of Harvard, played six minutes of preseason ball.
Phoenix can keep the roster as-is heading into the regular season, making it possible that camp invites Henry Sims and Cory Jefferson make the team.
Sims, who enters his fourth NBA season, played in 73 games for the Philadelphia 76ers last season and averaged eight points and 4.9 rebounds per game. The 6-foot-9 Jefferson averaged 3.7 points and 2.9 rebounds in 50 games for the Brooklyn Nets as a rookie last year.
