Arizona Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt is going to be relocating soon.
Don’t worry, he’s not being relieved of his duties with the team after a 5-11 season. He’s not quitting either (although we wouldn’t blame him after having to deal with Derek Anderson all year). With that said, he’ll still be packing his bags and moving soon.
That’s because the coach is selling his Chandler home for quite the handsome sum. According to the site, BlockShopper.com, Whisenhunt and his wife placed their five-bedroom, 3.5 bath home on the market for the asking price of $1.3 million.
The house is quite impressive looking. It is located on a lake with a luxurious pool and impressive stone work. Not to mention it has a kitchen that features some very nice amenities. The listing gives fans an interesting peak into exactly how an NFL head coach lives.
If the lockout does in fact extend into the season and teams are forced into placing coaching staffs on furlough, it’s nice to know that the Whisenhunt’s will have some money at their disposal. That is, if they fare better in the real estate market than the rest of the Valley.
