Arizona Sports 2016 NFL Mock Draft Tracker

So close, yet so far away.

That old line aptly describes the Arizona Cardinals’ 2015 season. Under third-year head coach Bruce Arians, the Cardinals set a franchise-record for wins with 13, won the tough NFC West and advanced to the NFC Championship Game for only the second time in team history.

There, they were dismantled by the Carolina Panthers, who punched their ticket to Super Bowl 50 to face the Denver Broncos.

Immediately, the focus of the Cardinals shifted to the future — what they’ll do in free agency, and how they’ll attack the 2016 NFL Draft, which takes place April 28-30 in Chicago. The Cardinals currently own six picks in the draft, a number that could change when compensatory selections from 2015 free agent losses are awarded. In the first round, they’ll pick 29th.

In the next three months, we’ll keep you updated on all the prominent projections for the 29th pick as the Cardinals try to re-tool their roster for another deep playoff run in 2016.

It’s Arizona Sports 2016 NFL Mock Draft Tracker.
