The newest colorway of Devin Booker’s first signature shoe features an upper donned in reddish-orange hues, made complete with subtle details that pay homage to the city’s red rocks and mountainous landscape.
Unlike most pairs of the Book 1, which feature a tongue tag that simply reads “Book” which is accented by a small swoosh, this pair offers a picturesque view of Sedona’s mountains with a blue sky background.
A topographical pattern completes the upper while the stripes on the outsole draw similarities to the state of Arizona’s flag.
But the unique details don’t stop there. The left shoe’s heel tag reads “no service,” an ample nod to the remoteness of the city located about 119 miles north of Phoenix and 30 miles south of Flagstaff. The right shoe’s tag reads “Sedona.”
The “Sedona” colorway will come more than a year after the first version of the Book 1 dropped in Miami at Art Basel in December of 2023.
When does the Nike Book 1 ‘Sedona’ colorway come out?
The shoes will retail for $140 and will be released on Jan. 1.
