Devin Booker debuts Nike Book 2; price, release date unveiled

Devin Booker debuted the Nike Book 2, his second signature shoe, in Tuesday’s game against the Trail Blazers.

Near the home of the Nike World Headquarters, the Phoenix Suns guards donned his newest signature silhouette against Portland.

Booker wore the black “Rising” colorway in Tuesday’s game after wearing the orange “Phoenix” colorway during shootaround ahead of Tuesday’s game.

When does the Nike Book 2 release?

The Nike Book 2 is set to release on Jan. 2, 2026 for $145.

The first two iterations of the shoe to release will be the “Phoenix” (orange) and “Rising” (black) colorways, per Sole Retriever.

The Suns guard is also set to receive an apparel collection for the first time, also set to release in January of 2026.

Similar to the Nike Book 1, twists of classic Nike shoes are set to release in the form of Booker’s newest signature model (including a twist of the Nike Spiridon), and other limited-edition colors are on the way, according to SneakerNews.

What changes are coming to the Nike Book 2?

Booker’s second signature model will feature a Zoom unit in the forefoot instead of the heel, as well as Cushlon 3.0 midsoles.

Earlier on Tuesday, Nike teased Booker’s new shoe in a short advertisement.

When did the Nike Book 1 come out?

The Nike Book 1 was first released to the masses on Feb. 17, 2024, during NBA All-Star Weekend. The “Chapter One” Book 1 was originally released exclusively at LeBron James’ UNKNWN store in Miami during Art Basel in December 2023. The initial launch was limited to just 500 pairs.
