Watch an 8-year-old girl’s drive whack a drone out of the sky

Drones are becoming more and more of a thing when it comes to getting unique shots for a video.

Some of those shots, however, are risky, and in this case, not very wise.

Looking for that signature angle on 8-year-old Ruby Kavanagh’s drive, the drone hovered where most would believe is the area the ball should be directly headed for. Maybe they were looking for a shot of the ball whizzing right by the camera?

Regardless, the shot is hit, clips the outside of the drone and Kavanagh shrieks and then yells, “I hit it! I hit it!” as the drone pathetically meets its maker and heads for the ground.

Her reaction to the drone lying on the ground after is even better, as she apologizes while the drone makes beeping noises that seem to indicate it won’t be ready to fly anytime soon.
