A report surfaced Wednesday night that the Phoenix Suns’ Marcus and Markieff Morris may be considered suspects in an assault case in Phoenix.

According to KPHO, the brothers could be part of the investigation.

Phoenix Suns President of Basketball Operations Lon Babby was asked about the report Thursday on Bickley and Marotta on Arizona Sports 98.7 FM.

“I’d just rather not comment on it and we’ll see how it unfolds,” Babby said. “And I’m going to leave it at that.”

The brothers have been key contributors to the Suns’ 27-20 record with Markieff averaging 15 points per game and Marcus has nearly 10 points per game.

Phoenix police haven’t released an official report.
