Reports: Suns to play in Mexico this coming January

The Phoenix Suns will head south of the border in January 2017, according to multiple reports.
Eddie Sefko of the Dallas Morning News confirmed that the Suns will host the Dallas Mavericks for a regular-season game in Mexico City next year.
OK it's confirmed. Mavericks will play in Mexico City in January with Spurs and Suns.

Initial reports from the Mexican publication Record said Phoenix will also play the San Antonio Spurs. Record said the meetings will take place on Jan. 12 and 14, though the order is not yet known.
The NBA has yet to release its 2016-17 schedule.
The NBA has played a game in Mexico the last two years and has also shipped regular season games to London in recent years.
Phoenix has not played a regular-season game overseas since a two-game series against the Utah Jazz in 1990.
