Phoenix Suns launch a social media campaign to find new fan models

Aug 28, 2014, 6:15 PM | Updated: 6:15 pm

Photogenic Phoenix Suns fans will have a chance to show off their team pride in a new social media model search by the team.

The Suns have launched a fan model search and are encouraging fans to post pictures of themselves wearing Suns gear on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook with the hashtag #LightsCameraSuns. Selected fans will be a part of an official Suns photo-shoot and will be a part of the Suns’ marketing campaign for the 2014-15 season.

The team will be looking at photos now through September 10 and will choose fans from the photo-shoot to be in images for the Team Shop and throughout U.S. Airways Center.

The most creative fan submissions will be featured in an album on the Suns’ Facebook page.

The Suns begin the 2014-15 regular season on October 29 at the U.S. Airways Center against the Los Angeles Lakers.
