Former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, who joined the Minnesota Vikings in March, sold his Paradise Valley home last month.
Murray, whose new team is off to a 5-0 start this year, sold the 8,200-square-foot Arizona estate for $13.75 million on Sept. 24, according to Realtor.com.
He bought the four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Paradise Valley property for $13.5 million in November 2022, three months after signing a five-year extension worth up to $230.5 million in August 2022.
Mark and Kristine Pedersen paid cash for the home, which was built in 2019 within the exclusive Cameldale Estates gated community, in an off-market deal, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
Murray, who was drafted first overall by the Cardinals in 2019, signed a one-year deal with the Vikings during the offseason after Arizona released the quarterback while still owing him $36.8 million.
