As the 2015 NFL Draft unfolded, three of the state of Arizona’s top former preps products were selected through the fifth round.

Andrus Peat went to the Saints with the No. 13 overall pick.

Peat, a second-team All-American offensive tackle at Stanford, also attended Corona del Sol high school in Tempe. His father, Todd Peat, played six seasons in the NFL with the St. Louis/Phoenix Cardinals.

Brett Hundley went to the Green Bay Packers in the fourth round with the 147th overall pick.

Hundley earned second-team All-Pac-12 honors in 2014 as the starting quarterback at UCLA. He led the team with 10 rushing touchdowns and finished his career as the all-time leader in UCLA history with 75 touchdowns and 11,677 total yards. He attended Chandler high school.

Tyeler Davison was a second state of Arizona player to go to the Saints in the draft, this time in the fifth round.

The 6-foot-2, 316-pound defensive tackle out of Fresno State posted at least 40 tackles, seven tackles for loss and two sacks for three consecutive seasons, and is nicknamed “Rhino”. Davison attended Desert Mountain high school.
