D-backs to air on Bally Sports Arizona Extra with Suns, Coyotes playing

Bally Sports Arizona will utilize a third channel Friday, as the Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Coyotes and Phoenix Suns all play within the same time frame.

The Suns will face the Oklahoma City Thunder on Bally sports’ main channel and the Coyotes will appear against the Anaheim Ducks on Bally Sports Arizona Plus. Both games will start at 7 p.m.

The D-backs will be the first team to play on the third channel, Bally Sports Arizona Extra. They face the San Diego Padres for the second game of the season, and first pitch Friday is set for 7:10 p.m.

Bally Sports Arizona Extra will be in use when all three teams are playing, which will happen eight times over the next five weeks.

On the radio for Friday, the Diamondbacks-Padres game can be heard on ESPN 620 AM.

The Suns and Thunder will air on 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station.
