Phoenix Suns wing Mikal Bridges is good to go for Sunday afternoon’s matchup in San Antonio against the Spurs after tweaking his right knee, according to azcentral’s Duane Rankin.

In the closing segment of the Suns’ loss to the Houston Rockets on Friday, Bridges came up slow after what he said was a slight hyperextension in his right knee. Bridges said afterward in the locker room that he was OK and he was listed as probable due to right knee soreness.

Bridges avoiding any missed time keeps his ironman streak alive.

Sunday will be Bridges’ 332nd straight game of his NBA career. That is the highest active streak in the league.

He has not missed one in the regular season or playoffs since he was drafted 10th overall in the 2018 NBA Draft. Bridges’ last missed game, in fact, dates back to his junior year of high school after he played three seasons at Villanova.

Bridges is enjoying a career year. His 16.0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game are all personal bests.

Sunday’s 2 p.m. tip off can be heard on Arizona Sports 98.7
