The Phoenix Suns are having their worst month of the season and it might be getting worse.

Leading scorer Eric Bledsoe was helped off the floor Saturday in a home game against the Philadelphia 76ers after he sprained his left knee. He did not return to the game and will be getting an MRI.

Head coach Jeff Hornacek said after the game that he doesn’t think it’s a torn ACL.

Attempting to go through a screen on defense in the early second quarter, Bledsoe took a bump to the right side of his body and went down to the floor.

The Suns ran their next possession on offense without Bledsoe as he stayed sitting down on the floor. There was then an intentional foul by the Suns to not play defense down a man.

Bledsoe was helped off the floor by two members of the Suns staff and did not put any weight on his left leg.

In his first season with the Suns in 2013, Bledsoe dealt with a right meniscus injury that required surgery.

Bledsoe is having a career year in 2015, averaging a career-high 20.9 points per game.
