Proof Kobe Bryant fans are disgusting: This one smells his shooting sleeve

There will always be a fine line between fandom and complete, utter lunacy.

Often times, crossing the line means entering the territory generally considered poor sportsmanship. In this unique case, one Kobe Bryant fan going too far meant that … and then we found ourselves gagging just a little bit.

This Los Angeles Lakers fan in Salt Lake City, Utah, apparently didn’t care that Bryant was in the midst of experiencing his worst loss ever, a 48-point shellacking thanks to the Jazz. When Bryant exited the game, he tossed his shooting sleeve to a group of Lakers fans. After one fan caught the sleeve, those fans ripped the armband from his hands.

And then, of course, this Kobe fan decided to give the likely very sweaty armband a good whiff.
