Start times announced for ASU’s season opener, game against Kansas in London
The Sun Devils and Jayhawks will play the first-ever college football game in London at Wembley Stadium, and the Big 12 announced the start time.

Arizona State football will kick off against Kansas at the first Union Jack Classic in London on Sept. 19 at 9 a.m. MST, as the Big 12 announced early-season start times on Wednesday.
The Sun Devils and Jayhawks will play the first-ever college football game in London at Wembley Stadium, which has hosted NFL games over the years.
The matchup will start at 5 p.m. local time in London and air on FS1.
ASU is coming off an 8-5 campaign, its third season under head coach Kenny Dillingham.
The Sun Devils have only played Kansas — who went 5-7 in 2025 — once in program history. ASU won that battle 35-31 during the 2024 season.

Morgan State-!?! . . . Devils should pound Kansas, but A&M will mop the floor with them. The road schedule this year will be a tough one, except for the last game of the season in Tucson, as Dilly-Dilly always wins Territorial Cup road games . . . Tempe, not so much.
Morgan State is a great cupcake game for a young team that has new players starting at key positions. IMHO, ASU will try to run the ball more vs Morgan State than they will in any subsequent game.
Texas A&M on the road is steep climb for ASU. This is a game where I expect ASU/ Dilly will try to fill the air with footballs. I've seen enough of ASU's passing game this spring, that I'm expecting it to be special, the most dynamic any ASU team in the last 25 years. I'm looking for a moral victory in this one, since an actual one may be out of reach. My biggest goal would be to leave with as few major injuries as possible. The Kansas game is a complete unknown for me, what with it being overseas and coming after A&M.
Starting 2-1 would be a significant accomplishment.
