Kendrick Bourne, Cardinals agree on 2-year contract, per report

The Arizona Cardinals and wide receiver Kendrick Bourne have agreed to a two-year contract, according to NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe.

Wolfe adds the deal is worth $10 million with a max value of $12 million.

Bourne is coming off his second stint with the San Francisco 49ers after spending the first four years of his career with the franchise (2017-20).

In his return to the Bay Area, Bourne recorded 37 catches for 551 yards in 16 games played (eight starts).

Before his most recent stint in San Francisco, Bourne spent four years with the New England Patriots (2021-24). He posted his best season in 2021 with 55 catches for 800 yards and five touchdowns.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pound Bourne also worked with current Cardinal and expected 2026 starter Jacoby Brissett in 2024. The same goes for Bourne and new Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur from their four years together in San Francisco from 2017-20.

He now provides the Cardinals with a third option at wide receiver behind Michael Wilson and Marvin Harrison Jr.

Bourne marks the newest face reportedly agreeing to terms on a contract with the Cardinals on Monday, joining running back Tyler Allgeier, quarterback Gardner Minshew and guard Isaac Seumalo.
