We knew the Arizona Coyotes’ home opener would take place on Oct. 7 against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Now we know the rest of their 2017-18 slate.

The Coyotes announced their entire schedule on Thursday, and it begins on Oct. 5 at Anaheim. Following the home tilt with Vegas will be a road contest against the expansion team on Oct. 10, before Arizona returns home to face Detroit on Oct. 12 and Boston on Oct. 14.

Of note, the Coyotes’ opening month will feature a tough East Coast road trip that sees them play five games in eight days, though the end of February and beginning of March features a seven-game homestand.

In all, the Coyotes will face Pacific Division rivals Anaheim, Los Angeles, San Jose, Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton four times apiece, while squaring off against Vegas five times.

The busiest month of the schedule is in March, when they will play 17 games, and the team has 13 sets of back-to-back matchups.
