The Arizona Cardinals have signed linebacker Vontarrius Dora to the practice squad.
The move comes after the New York Jets signed linebacker Obum Gwacham off the Cardinals practice squad, leaving an open roster spot for Dora.
At Louisiana Tech, Dora started four years for the Bulldogs, making 147 tackles and 13.5 sacks. He also forced two fumbles and recovered two.
Dora was signed by the Denver Broncos in 2016 as an undrafted free agent. He spent 13 weeks on the team’s practice squad, but did manage to play a game for the Broncos last season. He was released by the team on Sept. 2.
